In today’s issue: MSNBC host Chris Matthews reprised his belief that President Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner, are akin to Saddam Hussein’s evil sons, Uday and Qusay. This time, he brought up Italian dictator Benito Mussolini, declaring: “So the son-in-law — you know, one good thing Mussolini did was execute his son-in-law.

This man is a deranged individual. We’ve known that for a long time. He’s an emotionally disturbed person in the estimation of millions of people.
… But this is an example of the lower brain talking. That’s what I’m trying to tell you.
Outer brain cortex, which means bark, thinking brain, developed late in man’s evolution — not yet developed on MSNBC’s hosts.

They’re still talking from the thalamus, man’s ancient nerve center. The emotional nerve center.
We know about the very dangerous people in big cities who practice what is fondly called the knockout game, where they go up to an elderly stranger and punch him in the face and knock him out, because it’s fun.
What MSNBC is letting happen here is let people practice the knockout game with words.
And they think that that’s a good thing?
I’m sorry, that’s not a good thing; it’s a dangerous thing.
But we know that they are this way; we know that they think with the lower brain, not the higher brain.
